• Full calibration to verify accuracy and proper functionality 
• Annual software licensing renewal
• Labor 
• Proof of calibration certificate
• Return Shipping (including insurance) for domestic U.S. locations

What's NOT included 

Calibration does not cover mechanical faults or worn components. IF any issues are identified, replacements parts and repairs will be quoted separately (see service form for pricing details).

How it Works

1. Place your order (one calibration service per device)
2. Complete the service form (one per device)
3. Email the completed form and your tracking number to [email protected]
4. Include a printed copy of the service form in your shipment
5. Our team coordinates directly with our calibration partner to ensure a seamless intake process
6. Your system is calibrated and tested
7. If repairs are needed, your designated contact will be notified with details and costs
8. Once complete, your calibrated system is shipped back to you

Important Notes

• Return shipping is included for domestic U.S. customers only
• Customers outside the continental U.S. must contact us before placing an order to include return shipping costs upfront and avoid delays
